A member of the highly respected Eddy family of senior care options, Schuyler Ridge is privileged to serve families in Saratoga County and surrounding areas. In fact, many families from outside Saratoga choose Schuyler Ridge for their loved one because of our outstanding care, ratings and amenities.
We offer:
- Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care. When it’s just not safe for a loved one to live in their home any longer, Schuyler Ridge is ready to welcome your family member to become part of our home.
- Memory Care. Individuals with dementia have special needs and can thrive in the proper environment, with staff who received special training. Schuyler Ridge is proud of the special Memory Care community we’ve created for residents who require it.
- Short-Term Rehab. Many people join us for just a short while, when they’re recovering from surgery or an illness and need some physical rehab before returning home. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists are highly trained specialists.

Each day, we are dedicated to providing a sense of wellbeing and comfort for each and every person who walks through our doors based on their individual needs. - Kamryn Ilgner
[ Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Kamryn has dedicated her professional career to the long-term care continuum. She's a graduate of Hofstra University, where she received her master's in healthcare administration with a concentration in long-term care. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Kamryn is an active member of the Alzheimer’s Association and enjoys working with local municipalities on community-based projects. ]

St. Peter’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center operates their programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
As of March 1, 2025, our rates are as follows:
- $542 per day for a private room in long-term care.
- $506 per day for a semi-private room in long-term care.
- $551 per day for a private room in short-term rehab.
**Room rates DO NOT include applicable New York State Assessment Tax.
Ownership: Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare is proud to be part of St. Peter’s Health Partners, a non-profit health system which is licensed as a co-operator of our skilled nursing residence. SPHP’s parent, Trinity Health, is licensed as a co-co-operator. Both also provide us with administrative services.
Landlord: Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare/St. Peter’s Health Partners owns our building and property. We do not rent or lease; we do not have a landlord.
Vendors: This is a current list of all the vendors with whom we contract to provide us with goods or services. We update this within 30 days of executing any new agreement or contract.
