This is where seniors come to thrive, not just to live out their days! From picnics in the park, to ice cream outings, sightseeing trips, leaf-peeping, and just simply enjoying the great outdoors…our residents do it all!
Consistently rated 4 or 5 stars on Medicare’s Nursing Home Compare, we’re situated on a beautiful 80-acre campus in Slingerlands. Two small ranch-style homes with just 12 seniors each provide warm, familiar settings that make Eddy Village Green not a nursing home, but a real home to our residents. Everyone here is like extended family!
Spacious private rooms with showers in each allow for privacy and visits with family and loved ones. Families can come and have lunch with mom or dad in their room or dine at the big family table with everyone in the house. Our staff members really get to know each resident and are able to cater to the wants and needs of each, from their food choices to things they like to do or places they like to go.
Unlike traditional nursing homes, our outdoor patios are all enclosed allowing residents to go in or out safely and independently.
Come tour Eddy Village Green – Beverwyck and see how you or your loved one can THRIVE!
* On our same Beverwyck campus, there’s also a senior community for active, independent seniors and an assisted living community as well. Having three levels of care on the same campus is a comfort to couples with different care needs. They can still stay close and see each other every day.
“We are so very appreciative of the care and attention that my Dad receives at EVG. It takes many hands, long shifts, hard work and patience to do this work. It does not go unnoticed. I am grateful every day that he is where he is and under your care.”
Debbie Gall
Daughter of Resident
“Words can’t express all our appreciation to each of you for all your care of our dear mother. You treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. We couldn’t have asked for more to have been told by many of you that you loved her.”
Kathy Kucharek
Daughter of Former Resident
“Thank you for taking such marvelous care of Mom. For patiently managing her medications, and fixing her caption phone, for choosing her outfits, and sharing jokes. We are grateful.”

At Eddy Village Green – Beverwyck, we’re committed to providing an environment of respect and dignity to all of the individuals we serve. We strive every day to make sure each resident’s needs are met and they continue leading meaningful, fulfilling lives after moving here. We only have 24 residents, who live in one of two ranch-style homes, so we’re able to hyper-focus our attention on each person. It’s a key difference that families notice.
